Ground School

Ground school teaches you aviation fundamentals, and prepares you for the FAA written test. Student pilots training for the Private rating have three ground school options. You will still need to spend time on the ground with your CFI covering more advanced subjects.

DVD Written Test Course

Available for under $200, the DVD Written Test Coure is a self-paced training package. It includes several DVDs that teach aviation fundamentals for Private Pilots, two sample written tests, the computer testing exhibits you'll use on your actual written test, a workbook and a textbook. You can purchase this at any of our airports.

Written Test Ground School

We offer a classroom based aviation ground school for students pusuing the Private Pilot rating. This class will teach you aviation fundamentals and prepare you for the written test, in a structured classroom environment, and is taught by one of our own instructors. The cost for the course is $350.

Checkride Oral Prep Course

One-on-one training with our instructors. Teaches all aspects of the oral examination portion of your checkride. Cost: $250.
